Important information about webshop orders: Our online shop remains open, but while the event’s status is uncertain, we cannot guarantee that ordered goods will be delivered. In the worst-case scenario, if ZOO’26 is cancelled, all webshop orders related to the event will also be cancelled and, of course, fully refunded. Affected customers will be informed directly.
